For the rest you can choose a difficulty level from easy to very hard when you start a new game, so this game is written for everyone, good gamers and kids. What you have to do when you are in a bonus level is collect crystals, when you did this within´ the time that you have had for it you will get an extra life when you don´t make it you don´t get an extra life, that´s how simple it is. Every level in this game has a special crystal, when you pick it up you will enter a "Bonus Level" after you finished the level where you found it, the bonus levels have a 3D environment so this game is two games in one, a platform game and a 3D game. In the end of every episode you have to fight against the guy that captured the princess (Devan). Every episode contains three planets and you have to complete two missions on every planet.
During your way through the game you will see many bad creatures, you can shoot them down with four different guns, this doesn´t end in a bloodbath of course because this game is written for kids and adults.
Jazz is a little rabbit that comes into a nightmare when the princess is captured by a bad guy called Devan, what you have to do in this game is find a way through a lot of levels and finally beat the big boss in the end of every episode, you have to do this to save "Rabbits Heaven" and to save the princess. Sega Geneses owners had Sonic, Nintendo and Super Nintendo owners had Super Mario, and PC owners had Jazz Jackrabbit.
